About TNL

The Neon Leopard

Who are we? We are  Chris & Ash. We met while vacationing at the same resort in Central America. Of all the places for these 2 fun gals with more than too much in common to meet, right? In no time we were having a lot of “OMG ME TOO!” conversations and calling each other “Twinsie”. So naturally, while talking about our mutual love for blogs one day, one said to the other: “we should start a blog together”, and the other agreed. So here we are!

Why the name? Well, that’s easy – Chris loves bright colours and Ash loves leopard print. No really, we’re each obsessed! Before you knew it, TNL had taken on a life of its own. The logo represents that perfectly.

Processed with VSCO with c1 presetWhy the blog? We found it frustrating not being able to find information (reviews or suggestions) on certain restaurants, hair/beauty products, things to do or fashion for the vertically blessed (aka tall girls). Toronto is a great city and we love all it has to offer! So since we love to eat and shop, we thought we’d do it for ourselves and share the information with you. Before we knew it the ideas started flowing in, and we wanted to experience and review things for the simple pleasure of being able to share what we thought. Now we go beyond Toronto and love  sharing another passion –  travel.

We hope that you enjoy it!

  1. Vertically challenged girls of course can still read the blog 😉 You know I will!!!!!! Fate brought us all together… there is no stopping you two! Best of luck and I can’t wait for the future! xo

  2. I just wanted to say that TNL is such a bright spot in my day. It’s been a bit busier than usual lately, and I’m behind on reading a few posts, but today I sat with my coffee and my granola bar on my break and opened up your blog and it gave me that pick-me-up I needed. Thanks ladies!

    1. We can’t begin to tell you how much this means to us. Thank you so much for your incredible support. We are so happy you enjoy the blog…you just put giant smiles on two faces! 😀 😀 -C&A
